That's funny, I fasted yesterday. Didn't realize someone else here was doing that.
Today I've had a tomato, an avocado, a few pretzels, an apple, some baby ©arrots, half of a nutritional shake, and a lot of coffee. -

I do it twice a week but unfortunately when people hear "fasting" they think of Ramadan or Yom Kippur which involves no water
I drink like 7 litres of water on fast days and feel fucking fantastic - plus I can afford to eat 3500-4000 calories the next day (which I don't do often but I like having the option) -

I'm doing IF for weight loss, so fasting every other day and on the days I do eat, I take in < 800 calories. I feel pretty good, though, so I might keep fasting on a schedule closer to what you described. I really need to raise my water intake, I'm not keeping track right now but I know it's too low. Do you use a tracker, or do you have a water bottle that you use to estimate?

My shakes are customized for my vegan nutritional requirements, I would never substitute with one of your whey-based concoctions. -

I just track it in my head - it's an important part of my day. I've been drinking 4 to 7 litres of water a day consistently for about 6 years and my skin literally looks airbrushed. Even Kendall Jenner says that's her secret to good skin and I would inseminate her regardless of her sexual history -

My shakes are customized for my vegan nutritional requirements, I would never substitute with one of your whey-based conCOCKtions.
i assure you...my conCOCKtion will leave you well nourished and entirely satisfied to the point of being bloated. -

Do you have naturally tight pores? Mine are craters and if upping my water intake is all I need to make them look smaller, I'm starting right now.
