  1. Day 19: Legs Hypertrophy

    Speed Front Squats: 7.5kg each side
    Leg Press: 6th setting
    Leg Extensions: 3rd setting
    Romanian Deadlift: 20kg each side
    Leg Curls: 7th setting
    Standing Calf Raise: 20kg each side
    Seated Calf Raise: 11th setting
  2. Going to do day 20 and then I've completed an entire month. Dunno wtf I'm going to do after this re: my hemorrhoids. Might have to take a week off or some shit, I dunno.

    Bench Press Speed Sets: 12.5kg
    Incline Dumbbell Press: 17.5kg
    Chest Press: 7th setting
    Pec Flies: 5.5th setting
    Curls: 6th setting
    Dumbbell Curls: 10kg
    Skull Crushers: 11th setting
    Tricep Pulldowns: 3rd setting

    There, a month done. Now hopefully my hemorrhoids get better by Sunday or I'm fucked and this'll all be worthless. Fuck my life.

  7. I do recommend deloading once every 6-12 weeks however. A deload would consist of 1-3 weeks of lifting at 60-70% of your normal weights. This will be enough to maintain your strength, but light enough to allow you to actively recover.

    I guess I'm gonna have to do that this week. Ugh, fucking hell. I'm so depressed.

    Pendlay Rows: 11.25kg
    Weighted Pullups: 0kg, 2 to 3 reps
    Wide-Grip Pulldowns: 7kg
    Bench Press: 12.5kg each side
    Incline Press: 12.5kg dumbbells
    Shoulder Press: 12.kg dumbbells
    Bar Curls: 4th setting
    Skull Crushers: 7.5th setting

It was fucking humiliating. But that's just how it is for me.

    But it'll all fucking change when I get buff and do the tinder thing. THEYRE ALL GOING TO FUCKING PAY (emotionally).
