   I know how you feel OP. I typically don't get anxiety attacks anymore, and if I do or if i'm getting extremely upset, I'll take a small dose of f-phenibut and a therapeutic dose of phenibut. You CANNOT do this every day though, probably not even every other day.
   
   I know I'm going to get called a gigantic pussy for this, but it's most likely normal for a couple weeks for anyone that's just had a serious accident
   
   I rode my bike to work last Friday night, and I was fine on the way there. But on the way back, I got off the interstate and pulled up to a red light, and out of absolutely nowhere I got this insane feeling like a million different "what if this happens" at the same time while waiting for the light to change:
   
   What if there's something in the road and I don't see it?
   What if this truck next to me pulls into my lane and I get dragged under the rear wheels?
   What if I hit an animal?
   What if my back tire slides out from under me?
   What if I misjudge and run into the median/other lane?
   What if someone doesn't see me and rear ends me?
   What if my bike has frame damage and I don't know it?
   What if someone turns in front of me?
   What if my chain snaps?
   What if my tire blows out? Etc.
   
   All at once. It was almost paralyzing. Thankfully it was like 4 am so I could just ride slower until I felt better.
   
   I saw a pack of deer on the side of the road on the way home too. maybe they had just crossed the road and if I'd been going normal speed I would've hit one or something. I like to think that everything happens for a reason
