to be fair, i wouldnt mind if i were forced to somehow fund BBC.
BBC isnt bad and a lot of good stuffs came out of it, even if your not a fan of documentaries, theres still Top Gear to be thankful for.

I too am a fan of the BBC. I would gladly pay a tax to see more BBC on TV. I spend most of my time thinking about BBC and BBC related topics. Honestly, nothong makes me happier than a nice BBC video when I'm bored. I knew the UK was progressive, but I'm surprised they're... brash... enough to make people pay for BBC films they don't want to see. But I guess Europe has a reputation for being more open to and accepting of things like that.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -

There's a little more to it than that. You can't watch any live broadcasts on any channel (not just BBC channels), and you can't watch or download anything on the BBC iPlayer either. http://www.tvlicensing.co.uk/check-if-you-need-one
Just to be on the safe side, I own no TV and block all sites affiliated with the BBC. -
