   see the problem i have with the death penalty is that the legal system isn't perfect and way too many mistakes are made. you can't undo a death penalty mistake. plus you are not just punishing the perpetrator, but also his family. it is a fucking horrible experience for children to have to go through seeing their parent executed and being completely helpless to do anything about it. i mean just try imagining it for a moment.
