Uh, yeah. But prohibition makes dangerous substances more dangerous.

tylenol is more dangerous than opiates, yet you think nothing of popping them like candy when you got headache. imagine you had no idea whether your tylenol was 500mg or 5000mg tablet?

no, it's not. tylenol is meant to be used rarely. it is also not highly addictive so people will only use it rarely anyway in most cases

exactly, and tylenol isn't even a very useful painkiller even, it does pretty much shit for anything other than the mildest headache. funny how they put tylenol with oxycodeine to stop peope abusing it, lol.

the point is because its not addictive, most of the time people wont fiend for tylenol and take it regularly. addictive drugs become a lifelong problem potentially. so could tylenol causing liver damage but a majority of regular opiate users get hooked at some point versus the few who ingest toxic amounts

so why aren't you so heavily against alcohol and tobacco then? they are both equally as addictive and kill way more of their users.

no, im not for them. the fentalogs are extremely dangerous in any quantity like a bomb in terms of how many fatalities a gram could cause maybe 5,000? no, way more. this is an urgent issue not related to the state of drugs in general.

but my argument is to legalize heroin so that the supply of heroin isn't tainted with such a dangerous substance.

i didnt argue against that in the first place. even if heroin was legal there could still be fentalog dealers, and they should be given the death penalty. something that can cause overdoses in nanograms is more of a chemical weapon than a drug and should be treated as such

you would buy legal heroin from a drugstore, it would be regulated, it would list the ingredients, the purity, come with usage instructions and all sorts of other useful information for harm reduction. it would no longer be sold by irresponsible assholes on the street corners.

in the current state, if someones primarily a fentalog dealer they should be tried for murder. if they're a heroin dealer or have reasonable evidence that the fentl is not theirs then its a dealing charge. this is until a proper reform has been passed which in your opinion should be ASAP but it still takes time

not at all, the problem is when fent is sold as heroin. if people knew it was fent then it wouldn't be a problem.

when fent is sold as heroin and it kills the person, the provider should face murder charges. when fent is sold as heroin by the kilo or something then the death penalty should be considered
