Nootropics you're taking
-
2018-03-14 at 2:25 AM UTCList 'em, niggas.
20mg memantine, taking half in the morning and half at night
~25g piracetam, spread out over three to four doses over 24 hours
500-1000mg phenylpiracetam, three times weekly or as needed
75-100mg fasoracetam, three times weekly as needed for GABA upregulation and phenibut tolerance
300mg beta gpc, split into two doses
300mg l-theanine, split into two doses
100-200mg modafinil, twice weekly
1-1.5g phenibut, twice weekly
I also have a teaspoon each of raw maca root powder and matcha green tea daily, plus an unhealthy volume of espresso. Of this list, I have shared only the piracetam with my doctor, who was both perplexed and concerned. I won’t mention it to him again.
As for mental hygiene and non-nootropic habits: I sleep, on average, eight hours a night, and I take in plenty of water. I have a Fitbit, which constantly directs me toward several minor fitness goals, both short-term and long. I vaporize weed several times daily and I drink a lot more wine than I should, although I’m cutting back on the latter. I consume 90% of my nutrients in two to three servings of my own blended, high-protein shakes. -

2018-03-14 at 2:59 AM UTCYeah, I didn't intend for it to happen like this. This is probably the weirdest point in my life thus far. I'm going through stressors that unfortunately have driven me to seek out performance-enhancing substances, but I do feel a measurable gain from this regimen.

2018-03-14 at 4:11 AM UTCI'm going to take a break from most of these tomorrow, so we'll see what happens then.
-
2018-03-14 at 4:30 AM UTCWhere are you getting your memantine from? I knew a guy that sold 10g for $50, but he hasn't responded to the email I sent him. I'll try again.

What kind of shakes do you drink? -
2018-03-14 at 4:53 AM UTCDo nootropics actually work btw? I thought the science on them was basically "not beyond placebo" but I have not really looked into it.

They absolutely work. Some more than others, but take 200mg of adrafinil with 100mg of phenylpiracetam and I guarantee that you'll feel like a boss nigga -
2018-03-14 at 4:57 AM UTCI'm taking noopept daily at 30mg doses. Phenylpiracetam twice a week. Adrafinil about the same. Phenibut also the same. Caffeine daily. But most of the other stuff I cycle on and off.
What has been your favorite noot for daily use, zanick? All my favorites are either hepatoxic or build tolerance quickly.
Also has anybody tried cyclazodone? -

My source exactly. It's a low-cost alternative to similar mainstream vendors out there at the moment.

My most recent formula combines pea, rice, hemp, and pumpkin protein powders with MCT oil, powdered greens, maca root, matcha green tea, and a few essential vitamins and minerals. I usually have to throw in a banana to make it all palatable. Altogether, this accounts for 800-1000 calories every day, and I just get the rest in vegetables and coffee. I realize it's very weird to most people, but I'm saving time and money, losing weight quickly, and I feel very good physically.

Noopept is good to me sometimes, but other times I become a raging prick. I've resolved to avoid it, because there are plenty of others.
Honestly, I love caffeine. It makes me feel the feeling that I'm always chasing in my dreams. I want to own a coffee shop one day so that I never go without a lot of it. Other than caffeine, memantine has helped me recover from depression spectacularly, and piracetam makes me write a lot, which is useful for what I'm pursuing at the moment.
I've never tried cyclazodone. I'm not really one for more intense stimulants, I just need enough to keep me on task. -
2018-03-14 at 5:47 AM UTCWhat is mematine like? Can you go into detail?
How is piracetam different from it's phenyl- cousin? I really like phenylpiracetam for reasons as you've said. It makes me really, really good with words. Both in writing and spoken. I just hate the tolerance. Would like to use piracetam but the doses are a bit obnoxious. How do you take it? 8g at a time is quite a lot. Does it taste bad? -

Memantine has greatly improved my motivation and creativity. I was in a very dark place when I started taking it, but I've never in my life made such a turnaround.
Piracetam carries a similarly expanded headspace to phenylpiracetam, but without the stimulation. I find it's better for vocabulary and writing. Tolerance is not an issue, and I generally take about 5g at a time, or about one teaspoon, from my supplier. It tastes bad, but not as bad as phenylpiracetam or 80% of other nootropic powders out there. I usually dissolve it in a small cup of water and take it like a shot. -

I don't think meth counts as a nootropic, especially considering that its therapeutic range is lower than yours by a factor of six. Still, I'm curious: what effects do you get from it and what are you using it for? -

Extreme euphoria/increased libido of course. If there's something I need to really focus on definitely blows anything else OTC out of the water. Usually though it's to stay awake for prolonged periods for a variety of reasons usually goal/money oriented. -

If I may ask, what is a normal day on meth like for you? Do you feel that you've taken full advantage of its benefits to productivity, in particular? -
