wouldn't surprise me if this was just over-exaggerated war on drugs media bullshit to scare the sheep up a bit. they prolly just want to 'up their spending on crime' this year so they come up with some shit like this so everyone is horrified and won't complain when some rothschild type motherfuckers company gets an extortionate govt contract to supply the DEA with cheese graters or shoe laces or some other crucial bit of kit for fighting the cartels and organized drug gangs.
