Uh, yeah there are several. For one, it reduces cholesterol and your overall risk for heart disease. That's true of pretty much any vegetarian diet. You're a prime example of what evolution is trying to avoid. -

says who.
no one, thats who.
the fucking shamans with 'phd' behind their names know exactly jack, and shit, about human physiology...especially considering the way cholesterol plays into the equation. the entirety of what considerations the shamans and witch doctors attribute to cholesterol levels is based on how much drugs they can prescribe and how many shekels its going to get them. i am completely accurate when i say that modern medical 'science' has zero clue on the human physiological interaction with cholesterol.
you want to 'prime example' me...the last time i had a bad-cholesterol test done it was in the double digits and considered 'low.' this was when i was eating at least a dozen eggs a day...sometimes up to two dozen a day.
the fact is, the biggest factor relating to a persons cholesterol is their individual physiology. anything else is secondary. -

Dietary cholesterol doesn't necessarily translate to high levels of total plasma cholesterol, a fact which we're still trying to fit into our understanding. But if you accept any nutritional science apart from what your parents taught you, you'll note that the correlation between a vegetarian diet and healthy cholesterol reduction has been demonstrated over and over.
At this point I'm pretty sure you're actually i!literate, so why are you on a BBS instead of Pinterest and 4chan where you belong? -

However he and Lanny are to smug in their pseudointellectual ways to admit that they have been misunderstanding the both words for almost 500 posts.
Wrong, you are trying to argue a semantic difference that doesn't exist, which you have no evidence for existing, and for which you have been presented direct evidence against. You are salty about how wrong you are and the reason you reply to someone else instead of me directly is that you know how stupid the whole affair makes you look. -

I'm sorry, but are you saying that Doctors give good dietary advice?
Shit like avoid saturated fats, don't eat eggs?
Eat healthy whole grains and sunflower oil?
We see how Doctors advice is working from modern health outcomes - cancer, insulin resistance and metabolic disease everywhere.
If people ate their ancestral diet they'd be so much better off. You're just arguing from authority to push objectively bad advice.correlation between a vegetarian diet and healthy cholesterol reduction has been demonstrated over and over.
Reducing cholesterol isn't healthy.

Blood sugar is far more a risk factor in heart disease.
