    actually just reminded me. in british police cells they no longer leave toilet paper in the cell so you have to ring the bell and ask for it. the reason is they cottoned on to the fact that people plug drugs when they're getting arrested and if you got drugs plugged and you're in a cell and have to shit then you've got to get the drugs out of the turd and re-plug them. so when you ask for tp they then watch you shit to see if you're messing with the turd, lol.
