We have a moral obligation to stop eating meat

I also think that if we were explicitly designed to eat meat we would not have to cook it. No other predators do. But that's just my opinion and has no basis in fact

of course hunting animals is 'okay.' thats what theyre fucking designed to do, ffs. every organism on this planet is specifically designed to fulfill a role while alive then when its role is completed and it dies, another organism uses it for nutritional consumption. you dont hear the microbes and assorted carrion feeders complaining about consuming humans when theyre hungry.

other predators dont cook their food because theyre not smart enough to enjoy the culinary arts.

no we were explicitly designed to work out how to use tools and manipulate fire. then after over a million years of cooking food we evolved into what we are now. cooking allowed our bodies to make the most of the nutritional value of the food we consumed giving us more brain power which in turn gave us more time to spend on other things. like making more tools and developing culture. but nature gave us the ability to do that in the first place.

    My dog prefers cooked meat.

Also raw liver is very healthy and is safe to eat. Dessicated liver isn't cooked.

cooking food not only makes it taste better, it also kills microbes and makes it 'easier' to digest.

youre also delusional to think that a vegetarian diet is nutritionally sufficient.

You're simply wrong, it's a subject that's been extensively and there is absolutely no dietary requirement that can't be met without meat consumption. If you disagree, try telling me which nutrient is absent. Go on.

the human physiology has evolved for millions of years to consume an omnivore diet and youre deluded enough to think you can magically change that.

Human physiology has evolved for millions of years never moving faster than 30 miles per hour, but somehow we've managed to survive trains, planes, and automobiles. The fact that something doesn't have an evolutionary precedent doesn't mean it's somehow impossible to integrate into a modern lifestyle. The very fact that evolution happens demonstrates that things without evolutionary precedent can be successful survival strategies.

go look up some of the archeological studies done on humans that had diets exclusively plant-based due to not having access to animals and see what ill-health they were in. the same goes for modern humans…theyre not designed to eat an exclusively plant-based diet.

Yeah, go look up what the diets of non-voluntary vegan historical societies, then look up what's considered a healthy vegan diet today. Tell me how similar those things look. Also humans weren't "designed" for anything.

most importantly, the morals that you claim to possess, as well as those of PITA, are exclusive to yourselves and you may cordially stuff them into your asshole at the end of a bulldozer.

you dont see anyone consuming animals uncooked while still alive, either, retard. except for maybe that nutso nigger who was eating that homeless guy on live TV…but totally not the point.

WTF, are you unable to read or something? Where the fuck did I say anything about eating animals live and uncooked? You're one dumb nigger

nice job responding to exactly nothing in my post. I'll take this as your way of saying you give up trying to make any kind of argument. That's OK, it was clearly going to be too hard for you anyway.

Cholesterol is produced endogenously, you don't really need dietary sources but you can get more from milk or eggs if you're a vegetarian.

Whey protein is the obvious answer for vegetarians. For vegans soy protein is both complete and highly bio-available. If your penis shrivels at the thought of all that scary inert phytoestrogen, more obscure options are available like rice/pea protein isolate

whey and eggs are animal-origin food items. youre advocating infanticide and bovine rape.

    cad.

soy is shit protein. and lacking in cholesterol. and its GM. and...your consumption of soy protein containing BIOAVAILABLE estrogenic compounds would explain your feminine outlook on life. i bet your testicles have shriveled to the point of making those peas look like boulders in comparison.

additionally...the shamans of involved with modern medical practice do not have a full and comprehensive grasp of the specifics of cholesterol in the human body. that means they have no idea what the actual cholesterol process within the human body entails.

rice(it has to be a certain type of rice...not the shit-white uberprocessed shit)/legume processing within the human body is far less effective and efficient than consuming a more effective animal-sourced protein. to obtain the same protein (and micronutrient benefit) requires consuming considerable more calories overall. wasted calories due to the non-ideal p/cho/f ratio.

and...most importantly...price. rabbit/chicken protein sources are far and away cheaper for sub-third-world shithole denizens than importing all that rice/legume. not that i care...im all for starvation of the handsome and well tanned individual sub-species'

That's correct, you'll notice I make a distinction between vegan and vegetarian diets.

youre advocating infanticide and bovine rape.

The sort of eggs we use in cooking are not fertilized, their contents are not infant chickens. Milking a cow is not rape. The way most eggs and milk is produced today does lead to tremendous amounts of animal suffering, that much is true, but it's possible to generate these products without causing much direct suffering at all. You can argue about whether any domestication of an animal to exploit its products is justifiable, but I think even the most hardline vegan will concede that, say, harvesting eggs from pasture raised chickens is better than the majority of mainstream poultry and egg production.

    soy is shit protein.

    Wrong

    and lacking in cholesterol.

Doesn't matter, you don't need cholesterol from the same source as you get protein, if you need it at all.

    and its GM

Oh god, you're one of those anti-GM tools too. Everything you eat is GM, domestication entails genetic modification, ancient farming techniques imply genetic modification. Complaining about GM is one of the most counterproductive fear mongering positions you can take. inb4 you tell us how evil Monsanto is. Genetic modification is not a synonym for Monsanto.

and…your consumption of soy protein containing BIOAVAILABLE estrogenic compounds would explain your feminine outlook on life. i bet your testicles have shriveled to the point of making those peas look like boulders in comparison.

    Well meme'd friend.

additionally…the shamans of involved with modern medical practice do not have a full and comprehensive grasp of the specifics of cholesterol in the human body. that means they have no idea what the actual cholesterol process within the human body entails.

Your argument here is "we don't know everything so that implies you need dietary cholesterol despite not having good evidence for this". You are a joke.

and…most importantly…price. rabbit/chicken protein sources are far and away cheaper for sub-third-world shithole denizens than importing all that rice/legume. not that i care…im all for starvation of the handsome and well tanned individual sub-species'
