All right then, assuming there's no diseases involved.
but there are tho.

His argument is perfectly reasonable. What percent of dogs are even infected by the Q fever bacterium? The counterargument to that is that having sex with human males, as opposed to animals, is far more likely to lead to STDs. Do you know how common herpes is? Do you want to deal that for the rest of your life, assuming no cure is found?
what a fucking stupid thing to say.
are you seriously arguing that you'd prefer to catch this..
Biological warfare[edit]
C burnetii(Q Fever) has been developed as a biological weapon.[25] The United States investigated it as a potential biological warfare agent in the 1950s, with eventual standardization as agent OU. At Fort Detrick and Dugway Proving Ground, human trials were conducted on Whitecoat volunteers to determine the median infective dose (18 MICLD50/person i.h.) and course of infection. The Deseret Test Center dispensed biological Agent OU with ships and aircraft, during Project 112 and Project SHAD.[26] As a standardized biological, it was manufactured in large quantities at Pine Bluff Arsenal, with 5,098 gallons in the arsenal in bulk at the time of demilitarization in 1970. C. burnetii is currently ranked as a "category B" bioterrorism agent by the CDC.[27] It can be contagious, and is very stable in aerosols in a wide range of temperatures. Q fever microorganisms may survive on surfaces up to 60 days. It is considered a good agent in part because its ID50 (number of bacilli needed to infect 50% of individuals) is considered to be one, making it the lowest known.

..to herpes? which despite your claims isn't that common. i've been having sex with fuck knows how many women for over 30 years, and haven't used a condom in even 5% of those, and have never caught anything worse than thrush. herpes isn't as bad as people think. you'll have a sore itchy cock for a couple of weeks with the initial infection, where it will then clear up and in most cases you'll have maybe 2 or 3 more outbreaks during your lifetime, which get less severe with each outbreak. it won't kill you, in fact that's about all it does do. apart from making you a 'bit of a cunt' every time you go and pass it on to other women. but in most of those cases you can just act surprised when they call to inform you that they've been diagnosed, and have been told to inform any of their previous sexual partners. most won't even figure out for sure that it was you that infected them.
i mean seriously, what a stupid argument you just made there.
idiot.
