    Depends on the insects. I've eaten grasshopers, ant eggs and god knows what else. It's part of our cuisine in some places.
    
    Grasshoppers taste earthy and I've tried them with chili powder, salt and lime as a snack. Ant eggs taste buttery and I've tried them in tacos. I've also eaten mealworms. They're pretty bland and tasteless.
