Most people probably would describe free will as 'I can do what I want to do.' Most of them likely don't even know what determinism is but they probably would agree with it in the sense that if they were asked if the things they do are always meant to be, they would also yes.
What is meant to be, will be.
I can do what I want, and what I want will always be what was meant to be. If I did something that wasn't meant to happen well then what the fuck is that?

Better than being proud of slicing a guy's head off in front of his kid and skinning the kid alive.
Actually I guess that's probably the same as being proud of your mental defect.

Please address the misused comma.

I agree. It didn't really jump out at me but that comma is definitely misused.
I wonder if there's a name for the thing where you use a comma to indicate a pause in speech or stress patterns instead of its "standard" grammatical function.

I am a faggot and use Oxford commas all the time, unashamedly. But I catch myself doing the "pause" thing myself and I don't like it. Still, when I'm typing, I kind of type in "my voice", like I was speaking to you, and the result comes out like this.

I actually like the Oxford comma. I think the comma-means-pause thing is distinct since the Oxford comma is more syntactic. I definitely do it. IDK, like you said, I feel like it's representative of how I talk but every now and then I think about it and get anal about trying to get rid of it.
Also fuck, I'm all paranoid about my punctuation now and I changed between a period, comma, and semicolon so fucking many times in making this post. Shit, oxford comma. I'm thinking about it now. FUCK.

What till you figure out how to interrobang quickly on your keyboard. Have you ever experienced anything this fun‽

I'm trying to say 'they wear them on their skinny, barrel-chests' and utilize the comma as if it were a natural pause in speech and there just isn't a way someone would talk like that unless maybe they were a elder Native American.
I'll personally find myself typing in my voice or not depending on shit like if I'm fucked up or maybe certain topics even influence the formality of my wording.
For the most part though I would never talk like how I type.

Oxford commas make more sense to me. I use them wherever I am, whether land, air, or sea.

I love the oxford comma because it is elegant, sleek and wonderful.
