The video in the OP is an argument for authoritarianism. There is nothing in it that can't be solved by application of violence plus a eugenic breeding program.
People don't remember, or rather the jedi press lies to give you the opposite impression, but South America always seems to do better under regimes we'd call "fascist", like Trujillo, Vargas, or Pinochet. Yes, even under such regimes there are still problems, as if there aren't under democracy.
You guys who say that a bit of suffering means that life is evil are pussies though. It's the same philosophy that says a little bit of inefficiency means that government is evil. It's like your car breaks down, so you abandon it and just start walking.
