Just injured my spine deadlifting

    It's my actual spine, not my back muscles, I fucked up on the third rep by lowering the weight too slowly

    I can't even sit without sticking out my chest and arching my back like a faggot

    I don't know exactly what you should do, except that you should take a back injury really seriously because that is the worst type of pain - it's distracting, hard to fix, and hard to medicate.

    i only do it because i like to be flexible and mobile and because of previous (shoulder and wrist) injuries

    anybody that does yoga for becoming one with this world will get dealt with by karma

    I know. I hope it's a mild sprain due to bad form and nothing worse. It's a dull pain, not a sharp pain.

    I'm a strong believer that 90% of your posture can be fixed instantly by changing your state of mind (e.g. thinking you're hard and sticking your chest out)

    I've been lifting seriously for 3 years and specifically concentrate on gaining strength, not mass (low reps, high weight). It's not my problem if you're weak for your size m8.
