if you can't find yourself able to accomplish goals you set, start with the little things. do the dishes, make your bed, keep a clean house. the simple things that take only 10 or 15 minutes. make it a habit and keep building on top of that. even though it seems dumb and irrelevant, just do it. sometimes for me, all i really need is to do that to push myself away from the computer for a little bit and then my mind goes onto bigger and brighter things

A lack of stimulants.
Could also be depression. Or it could just be genetic variation, a poor hereditary inheritance. It seems to primarily be related to the dopaminergic system, D2 subreceptors in certain regions of the brain if I recall correctly.

how do I get more T legally?
not that I'm low on it, but I want to be higher
do I just go to the doctor and ask. that seems to work for everything else.
