Haven't played the most recent couple though
That's the one I'm playing. Its just one of a bunch of random NASCAR games I got in bundle when I bought this PS2 a few years ago.
I started it on 'normal' mode and it's ridiculously easy so maybe I should switch, but is have to start over.
I also don't have a memory card, which sucks, because I just have to keep the thing running 24 hours a day. -

Lots of people have inherited disorders. It's not all that rare. People with bad hearts generally have less energy and thus are more likely to live sedentary lifestyles. Less exercise means worse health. It's a vicious cycle.
I always had a bad heart (made much worse by a heart operation due to cancer) and lived in front of a computer, but I started running a lot a few years ago and improved my heart health massively. Plenty of times when out running I felt like I could just die, but I didn't. So the cycle isn't unbreakable. -

man its a very strange thing, I have high blood pressure, have all my life and docotrs have diagnosed me with Aortic Aneurysm and Aortic Dissection and I've been prescribed blood pressure medication, even whenever I've been to jail they've made a special appointment for me to tell me that I have really high blood pressure and I need to do something about it or I will have a stroke/ die and they were actually serious and I know they were because travis county jail doesn't give a fuck about anyone.
I quit taking the blood pressure medication 8 years ago because it actually made me feel shittier. Since then I've aged.. used a lot of drugs.. and have drank crazily and I was even once stabbed with a knife and bled for a day and I actually haven't had anyone of the aortic attacks that I used to have. I've felt "fine" for the last several years.
I honestly don't know why it stopped, maybe because I'm not underweight anymore I gained 20lbs in the last few years and I eat healthier.
But when I had those aortic attacks (had them for years, even when i was a kid)
I would grab my heart and clench my chest and I would have to force myself to stop breathing because it felt like if i was to breath it would help stretch that aorta and "dissect" it even more...
who knows the way technology is going I will probably live to me 130 years old unless something really fucked up happens. Hell my grandma is 93 and she tells me how back in her day tons of people died just because they were weak.whytes. lol4
also i think compulsively having sex constantly is good for your heart. as thats what I do. and i don't smoke cigs because im not a fag like that. -
