    I think it's fine to use political parties to guide assumptions on things you don't give a shit about. I originally said since lefties are flipping out, I'll assume it's a good thing. If I actually cared and wanted to form a solid opinion on it, of course I would read more about it. But I still don't care.

    I remember back in the days of SOPA and PIPA, the massive public opposition eventually lead to these retarded bills being quashed. This time around, it seems like the repeal of net neutrality went through without strong public opposition, despite a substantial majority public disapproval. Did Americans just decide to lie down, give up the fight and cede full control of the internet to telecom CEOs and lobbyists?
