Yes they were. Infractions which pushed the user over the limit were reversed all the time.
Literally I was banned by you (for posting Tacho's picture even though it was technically within the rules at that point) and it got reversed within 24 hours.

the real rust would never spell talking wrongly. i was actually getting quite excited at the prospect of going up against my old zoklet nemesis there for a moment. oh well.

I might have banned him, i might not have. It wasn't important enough to remember at any rate.

I wrote that one on my cell-phone. But still, I made a bunch of mistakes spelling. Oh, and I don't know the fuck you are and have no interest in "going up against you", not that you would be able to put up a fight anyways.

I graduated. I continued working as a PostDoc. I'm just now planning what to do after. I still argue a lot, just in other places. That's about it. -
