Wrong. Custom invisible(and permanent if desired) bans could be given out through ModCP. I should know, i am Psycho "unlimited power" manthis.
Also, never ever were bans revoked. The only one i can remember is the 30.000 infraction point ban Lanny gave Spectral. I should know because while Spectral likes to say Mizled reversed them all by hand, i was reversering them along side her for close to 45 minutes when i was global mod. So yeah.
Furthermore whenever i did reverse an infraction you ahd the regular mods up in arms about "power abuse" and whatnot. -

I'm not taking about the "modCP" or global mods or admins. I'm taking about regular mods. They could not give an invisible ban on a user. Yes they were. Infractions which pushed the user over the limit were reversed all the time.
Literally I was banned by you (for posting Tacho's picture even though it was technically within the rules at that point) and it got reversed within 24 hours.
I still have the PMs of you want...

I seem to remember that even before being global i could ModCP ban people.

I only remember the people that have made enough of an impression in my mind. When i think of Rust i think of "that guy who liked to argue a lot". That's about it. I might have banned him, i might not have. It wasn't important enough to remember at any rate. -
