the specific design of the pectoral* muscle in the human body is to bring the elbow (and upper arm) from the extended position, as in arms open, to the flexed position, as in arms closed.
*yes...i know the human pectoral muscle<S> (plural) work several more movements but those are minor functions in comparison to the primary function. there is no 'lower' or 'top'...meaning unless you can describe the specific muscle and its specific function, youre grasping straws.
based on what youve posted youre fucking clueless on how to properly make use of what particular movement to train what particular muscle.

It's true. I was very healthy and in better shape just 4 years ago. I went to the gym every fucking day. running, cardio and some weights.. then I switched it out the next day for mainly weight lifting.
I drink almond milk mainly. -
