I had some Angel Hair pasta and a few BBQ kettle chips last night, then a bit later I ate 2 plain tortilla shells, heated up, one with a little ranch dressing in it.
I also drink about a gallon of water a day.

Health is my number 1 priority because I have latent mental issues and if I fall off the wagon with sugar and carbs I will feel like absolute shit. I also have some sort of LSD-induced OCD about storing/holding body fat and find it disgusting. I'm always on a calorie maintenance but essentially on keto and exercise every other day. I'm vain and groom myself even if I'm not going out because I'm insecure about my looks even though I'm a 9/10

Balanced diets are a huge meme. "Oh have to make sure to eat enough dairy and mix in some carbs for energy..." -bullshit.

I eat fairly healthy until I decide not to, at which point I go all out. But most of the time I'm eating healthy and watching calories and exercising.
