2017-10-26 at 10:06 AM UTCalright i watched the "judge denies bail" video of which no fucking such thing happened in the video, and aside from that I think we all know who the real criminal in the courtroom is- ole pouty colonel sanders crotchety ass chomo brother standin there snappin about 50 more pictures than necessary of 5 teenage boys, got a face lookin like he's about to do some serious ass fantasy shit after he develops the photos.
Oh and my guess regarding their different attire would be that the kid in oranges got picked up first and got booked in, the three wearing their street clothes were taken in like that and weren't yet processed so they went to court wearing that, and the kid in the nice shirt or whatever, turned himself in wearing that.
I'm sure I'm entirely wrong, I don't get why they're all together like that or how they got caught in the first place so I'm gonna go eat a pizza. Thanks. -

they're kids, i very much doubt they could keep their mouths shut for more than 5 seconds. even for something this serious at least one or two would go shouting off to their pals at school just to show off.

I'm pretty sure I was reading that it's common now to allow public access to partial juvenile records, a compromise of sorts, but I have no idea if that has bearing on someone obtaining that same "protected" information from a private source and publically releasing it.
I don't know why we had this conversation at all when we could've googled it.
Apparently there's no federal legislation, but states like California require permission to publish anything about those under the age of 14 unlessyou'reinagang.
It is however the policy of some major news outlets not to publish stuff about minors unless its major, apparently. -

hanging out as cars are pulling over to the side after getting hit. did they run back and forth to the locations where rocks were or did they load up on 40 pound/bowling ball size rocks? or did someone else just sit them there and these guys came along. where they all high on something ? -
