   i was eating a 'smash sandwich' in some shit hole sand-infested country in the middle east one time, purchased from a local side-of-the-dirt-road vendor. a local was kind enough to inform me the 'lamb' meat...wasnt really lamb. probably camel.
   
   in all seriousness tho...i literally didnt care...it was good. i ate the whole thing then a few days later went by there again and had another one. i asked the dude what it was and he swore it was lamb.
