I doubt he'd get charged. The guy was being aggressive and trying to pick a fight with multiple people, shoved some dude's bike aside (not the guy holding his up to fend him off; there was another dude just sitting there with his bike and the guy shoved it toward the wall), hitting the wall, etc. Dude did less than he could've to stop the guy from getting violent and then restrained him to wait for the police, who were apparently on the way according to the announcement over the intercom.
