Looks like the body was moved from a face down position to a face up position. Also, the blood on the right seems to be somewhat older than the blood on the left as well. Which would support the fact that the body has been moved. Way to protect the integrity of the crime scene.

But there are casings that look clean in the blood spot. both actually. damn that's a lot of casings (Jackets?) whatever the lingo is. a guy could slip on those and hit his head on some fancy coffee table and died
