Not really. To not have gravity acting against the bullet, you need to be aiming an angle below the normal to your body standing by definition, it won't go further than any bullet shot from under 45 degrees above the normal. -

A set up or false flag is an interesting theory. I have an uncle in Reno by Vegas. Had a bit of a chat this morning, apparently the rumor on the ground in Nevada is the guy was related to Antifa, supposedly Antifa literature was found in his hotel room, but also consider that literature is relatively easy to plant, especially from a guy who, as reports currently state WAS stable and had no real interest in guns, and was a wealthy landlord, which is a trait Antifa wouldn't be crazy about, but that also assumes central leadership, which Antifa doesn't have.
So here is the problem I run into. If it was a radical leftist attack, our president would be out in force tweeting and there would be hell in the streets due to the leftist massacre angle. We're talking civil war, revolution kickstand as a possible motive for a guy shooting up what would surely be a republic majority event.
If this was the case would the president, or relevant agencies, report this? If it was an Antifa "martyr" trying to jumpstart change, to huse this info would stop much conflict, as it would embolden both sides.
Thoughts? Theories?
Possibly a cover for something that went down (or will go down) in Puerto Rico? -
