My dad brought up a good point, though. If they enforce more gun control, that will just abrput the normals from getting legal guns, while the guns he had were mostly illegal, therefore not delegating restriction for illegal guns

This guy had no criminal record. He had legal guns. He could've just done this with a legal gun. The shooters in these cases can almost always get a legal gun. The only way to stop these types of people from getting guns is to stop everybody from getting guns.

From what I have read, it's not hard to convert a gun to full-auto. From the sound in the video, it's clearly full-auto. I'm guessing a long range large caliber weapon. Maybe some type of AK.
I actually discussed in BI how a large caliber full-auto weapon into a thick crowd would produce a large number of deaths.
