Active shooter at Mandalay Bay Casino in Las Vegas

2017-10-03 at 2:53 PM UTCYou can plainly see the muzzle flashes from several of the captured video pieces. Wasn't really all that hard to identify the source, it's just that they weren't really looking. Too panicked.

Also does anybody know if there's word out on whether or not his guns were legally bought?
someone shooting from the inside of a building with the muzzle behind the walls is almost impossible to find...even at night with muzzle flash IF there is identifiable muzzle flash. -

unless your conceal carrying sawed off M16s.
'sawed off' M16 is....?
an AR15-type rifle with a 'sawed' pistol-length barrel is useless. literally. it will become single-shot and more likely than not fail to stabilize the bullet causing it to 'keyhole' at any appreciable range, as well as create a nucl-ure fireball at the muzzle.
some pistol calibers are capable of being fatal at 100 or even 200 yards. (10mm, most of the ones that have 'magnum' in their name.) i havent found any verifiable sources that identify the range from the shooter to the crowd/parking lot. -

if i were to make a sawed off m16 i'd do it by sawing it from the handle up and receiver down, for conceal carry.
when your robbing a bank, accuracy is not as important as shock and awe and deterrence effect of lights and sounds of a sawed off m16 can offer.some pistol calibers are capable of being fatal at 100 or even 200 yards. what the fuck are you trying to talk about. if you saw from the 'handle up' and the 'receiver down' (which fucking receiver...there are two) youre going to be sawing your shit into non-usability. there are mechanical parts in the stock-place.
if you did what you describe the only effect would be laughter and finger pointing.

the generic construction 'assumption / wild-ass-guess' is ten feet per floor. however. your not taking into account linear distance. -

Most shootings aren't like this though. Lots of them are just walking on foot into a public place and opening fire. This guy planned everything out well and that's why he has the high score for the server.
