kek, it's been coming for a while. they've tried to stave it off but the US is not going to be the sole world power for much longer, and when that happens it will no longer be able to support its 'first world standard of living'

I'm a fan of my privilege, and glad I wont ever have to be around for the cultural shift.
The best part about an economic collapse is that all the fuckin' nerds (the type who studies books like "how to survive a zombie apocalypse") would die first.
They already have the civilian concentration camps built and ready to go. They can house millions in each compound. They say the camps are for the "protection" of citizens, but the tops of the razor-wire fences on their perimeters point inward, not outward. These "re-education centers" are only for the privileged - those who cooperate fully and have no ties to any kind of resistance. The rest will be exterminated, like so much garbage. Many will take up arms and fight, but they will be overrun by UN/NATO troops, which will begin pouring in from outside the borders of the country. They have all fully trained for this moment.

still seems to be a lot of conflicting information floating about - I've seen some say he had an AR with a slidefire stock, others say it was an AK with drum mags. I'm thinking it was more likely the latter because 50+ dead is a recordbreaker, it should be easier to source an automatic sear for an AK than others and it's next to impossible to bumpfire accurately
Sounds like ISIS tried to take advantage fo the situation but there doesn't appear to be anything tying the shooter to them
I haven't really gone digging into it though, usually it's just some nutter opening fire in a crowded place (if you don't believe that all of them are 'engineered')
