My dog has a gash in her leg

   She was fine when I went to bed, around one or two am. I woke up and she has this nasty gash and I'm not even sure what happened. I wonder if she fell down the stairs.

   I don't know what happened. She got out in the early morning hours and came back like this.
   
   We have tried to put ice on it but she won't have it.
   
   I think she may have fractured or broken a bone. We have yet to take her to the vet.

    It might be your poor dog is having indigestion problems. Maybe take it to the vet to see if it has blockage (like rocks,, tiny pebbles it has licked up over time. My dog had that.. I got rid of it by giving the dog a little bit of hydrogene peroxide suggested as an alternative to surgury) it worked.
