Anyone got the hookup on roids?

You still have to work out when you take steroids or else you will just fuck your body up and not gain any muscle. Roids let you work out longer and harder then you normally could. Phosphatelserine I think is a better approach though.

I do bench press, inclined press, military press, curls, dumbell row, squats, some calisthenics, and cycle 6-10 miles. And I don't have a spotter at the moment so I never really max out because I don't want to look like dumbass when I need help.

I pressed 310 when I hit 15 and then kept going with 10 reps 3 times when I weighed like 180 pounds at that time. I was very thin. 6 foot 180.

I don't think I could lift 180 pounds right now .. but It doesn't matter because it only helps with certain functions in life and can blank out things like boxing because of muscle buldge.. it can retard the ability to fight.

"Muscle Bound" is a real thing. it's great for wrestling though.. but the more muscle mass you put on, the higher risk of heart problems... it puts a strain on your blood vessels.

don't bother going anything higher than lifting your own weight. that's a good weight to keep going with. learn Parcore
