What do you think of this idea for a mobile phone company

   You know how every phone since the existence of phones charges you a phone bill and the only revolution in this technology is "Top Up" phones which are just a phone bill up front lol.
   
   Okay how about this.
   
   You buy the phone and its one of the old first gen nokia cells, $100 and the network usage is free.
   
   Spam people with ads that track their keywords like facebook but with voice and text (the nsa has the tech to do this)
   
   Promote in India, China, Africa, Cuba, etc
   
   ????
   
   profit?.
   
   Just make the call quality horrible, free global calling and build the network on the cheapest shit equipment ever. Give all the phones emergency services and radio chips.
