A blade isn't meant to be seen. You draw it to do damage. I got a lighter in my hand, light a cigarette, put it back, take my boxcutter and leather-face you before you even know what's going on.

In a club or crowded setting, yes.
It takes a fraction of a second to be a nasty weapon. You don't really have to worry that much about killing someone as with a knife because the blade is so tiny. I'd prefer a knife over a boxcutter if my opponent had a knife drawn too, though.

I actually only thought about it once and it was one motion that joker-faced a motherfucker from his lips through his ear.
I couldn't sleep for weeks after thinking about that shit. It was a pretty fucked up thought.

It was a daydream about a situation involving a girl and being outnumbered by dudes that were pretty aggressive and drunk near a club. Luckily none of them were armed in my dream or they would have fucked me up.

i think that on high school campuses that kids shouldnt be allowed to have them on their person and should still be subject to the typical discipline if caught, but in their vehicles on campus is a different story. obviously, i mean no firearms, but i know too many people whove been rammed by the administration because someone snitched and when the liaison officers search their vehicle in the student parking parking lot and find a knife in their glove box or console or whatever they got in big trouble. my school was pretty tame in terms of fighting and there werent any worth talking about but in bad areas like aldine or houston its a completely different story. nobody wants some kid getting picked on to blow a fuse and kill someone or have the resident riffraff get into some kind of shitty turf war and end up having a knife fight or something. college campuses, however... anyone should be allowed to carry anything if they have the paperwork for it. if i had a CHL and cc'ed a pistol, i shouldnt get in trouble for it, but i think thats legal in texas anyway
