   That doesn't necessarily make you the worst drivers. There are a lot of factors involved in that. Like average speed, average trip length, road conditions, weather and whatnot. Probably why the east coast has such low numbers, it's a lot more densely populated and people aren't going as fast. All the rural states with their rural roads are the ones with the higher fatality rates it looks like. Also more drunk drivers in those states I think.
