I was looking at a Hardees commercial and it got me thinking about how good their biscuits are. I don't think it's biscuits so much as them using a lot of salted butter on the outside somehow.
I make pretty good buttermilk biscuits by mixing lard, self rising flour and buttermilk. I should probably melt the lard, mix it and let it cool. My grandma taught me with crisco but I tried lard for some reason and it tastes a little like pizza hut deep dish crusts to use goyslop as a reference.

I made cookies once in elementary school along with the other classmates but I've never made any since then. I have made Pakistani sweets before and they tasted good, according to others. I just think they were being nice but who knows. I enjoyed it myself as well.

Croissants are nice too but I never had one with weiners put into them. I don't think they sell those.

I know people that make those with Pillsbury dough which I think sucks.
But that may be what hardees makes them with but just a fuckton of butter.
