I've starved myself for a week and still feel fat. Today I had houmous with grissini. Yesterday I had chips. I feel really gross about ordering groceries but I just spaced out for hours so think I need to eat normally, I feel like I'm between worlds. Idk what to do, since starving myself hasn't made much progress I'm not going to enjoy meals anymore.

I have half a mind to cancel my grocery delivery but there's toiletries I don't feel like going outside to buy.

I have been drinking every day this week trying to finish a bottle I had and it was enough to make me feel depressed when I stopped from withdrawal or whatever 🤢 I have been in pain too so that was my excuse for starting.

In bed learning hacking, have glassy eyes and feel out of it. I could sit at my desk if I take RC but don't feel like it. My friend has family in Lebanon and idk what to say to her.

    Feeling extra autistic rn:

"Certainly! Here’s how you could modernize some of these Victorian Christian phrases while maintaining their comforting tone:

    1. **Trust in God's Plan**:
    - Victorian: *"My dear friend, though the times are dark and uncertain, we must place our trust in God's mercy. His watchful care is over your family, and He will guide them through this trial."*
    - Modern: *"I know things feel uncertain right now, but I believe God is watching over your family. I’m praying that He gives them strength and protection during this difficult time."*

    2. **Prayer and Divine Support**:
    - Victorian: *"Let us offer our prayers together, for in His infinite wisdom, God hears the cries of the sorrowful. May His grace protect your loved ones and grant you peace in your heart."*
    - Modern: *"I’m keeping you and your family in my prayers. If you ever want to pray together or talk, I’m here for you. I hope God gives you comfort and peace through this."*

    3. **Encouragement to Persevere**:
    - Victorian: *"Be steadfast in your faith, for it is in times of great difficulty that we are called to persevere. The Lord does not abandon those who call upon Him with a sincere heart."*
    - Modern: *"I know this is such a hard time, but I believe your faith will carry you through. I’m here to support you, and I trust God will not abandon you or your family."*

    4. **Hope in Eternal Salvation**:
    - Victorian: *"No matter what befalls, remember that our true home is in Heaven, where there will be no more pain or tears. Let this hope sustain you."*
    - Modern: *"No matter what happens, I hope you find peace knowing that there’s a greater purpose beyond this life. God’s love is with you, and that brings hope even in the darkest moments."*

    5. **Acts of Charity**:
    - Victorian: *"If there is anything I can do to ease your burden, do not hesitate to ask. In this time of trial, we must lean on one another as Christ taught us."*
    - Modern: *"If there’s anything I can do to help, even the smallest thing, please let me know. You don’t have to go through this alone—I’m here for you."*

These modern versions convey the same care and faith but in a more contemporary, gentle tone."

Starving myself hasn't been hard the past week and when it's like this there's usually some emotional reason putting me off food, good or bad and idk what it is.
