    This is what I've had. I don't feel hungry. I ate more on Monday so that I wouldn't faint.
    
    Friday - cheese dip with grissini
    Saturday - packet of crisps, half a ham sandwich
    Sunday - I cr, maybe nothing
    Monday - sausages with chips and gravy, didn't eat it all, houmous with grissini, small pizza
    Tuesday - omlette
