Okay so there is one simple way to solve this problem.
1. Set up surveillance around your house. Keep it well hidden.
2. Close your blinds etc. Make sure there is no way for them to see in.
3. Check all your doors for signs of forced entry, check ACs, air vents etc for anything they might have planted themselves.
4. Wait.
5. When they try to intrude on your property in order to get a better look or listen at you, confront them with a weapon on hand, and tell them to leave. It is likely that when confronted, they will either become violent or refuse. Just keep telling them to leave. If they resist past 3;5 requests to leave, shoot the mother fucker dead.
6. Call the police. Say these exact words; "hello, I'm calling to report that a use of force in self defence has taken place". Then give them your address, get your weapon somewhere on clear display, get away from it, and sit on the ground when the police arrives.
7. Refuse to make any statements, ask for a lawyer.
8. Get a good lawyer.
9. Produce surveillance video, possibly other proof of stalking, and pray your state has the castle doctrine.
