Idk what's making me sick, I suspect it's different things. I microneedled my face yday, maybe I have an infection from it or it's triggered my immune response? Back pain, not sure if I slept wrong or because I have a habit of cracking my spine. Migraine, could be because too much screen time and I only slept three hours. Breathing difficulties, that's normal.

5/10, feel a bit grotty and need to drop a log...the coffee isn't working and I have to go to the post office in 1hr which is always a pain in the ass. On top of that I have 2 weeks of work to do in 3 days. Think I'll have tuna salad for dinner, something light and airy and something my body will accept without much argument.
ETA: the insomnia also was playing silly buggers again last night.

I feel drained but pain-free today. I'm wondering if it's normal that I never experience pain. There was the tattoo and piercings which I definitely felt, and that light touches sting me, but I've never felt things like back pain until yesterday.
