damnit, mq, you should come live in my spare room and live a criminal lifestyle under my tutelage
matter of fact, my house is just sitting empty right now while I lay up with this ho
do you have a drivers license? I need a driver because I lost my drivers license and I refuse to pay the reinstatement fee

2015-09-01 at 8:35 PM UTCwhen I went to pick up my fake heroin and meth the other day I tested my blood pressure and found my systolic to be 152 which is beyond high. I asked the pharmacist and she seemed gravely concerned, saying there's no reason why mine should be that high with my relatively chiseled body and looking relatively young. Chances are it's from drinking, smoking, drugging, eating barfood and general stress. It could be repressed anger too, I dunno, I feel fine occasionally so it's probably nothing

2024-08-26 at 3:22 PM UTCmy high blood pressure went away when I stopped eating added salt, very bizarre that that was all it took to cure it.
Now since I quit smoking it's even better. I think last time it was 128/70 or something -

Originally posted by mmQ I went to a medical appointment today and discovered that my BP is along the lines of 160/100. It's never been like that, and I'm sure it has NOTHING to do with drinking almost every day for the last 4 months or smoking a pack of marb reds a day or eating frozen pizzas and pizza rolls almost exclusively. I think it's just a fluke, but to be SURE, I'm drinking in celebration and if all goes well I will exacerbate a blood clot that I don't know I have and just stroke out at some point tonight. I'll feel bad for my cat cuz she won't know what's going on, but eventually someone will find my rotting corpse and it will all be over with. Thank you Jesus.
Go buy a blood pressure gauge at Walgreens, they're like $40.
Blood pressure can vary greatly min to min, 1 reading doesn't mean shit. Also stress is more of a factor than diet (unless you're 800lbs) -

2024-08-28 at 1:13 AM UTCHigh blood pressure is usually due to a salt deficiency. All the pseudoscience-for-profit doctors will tell you to avoid salt, but your liver actually requires salt and potassium to operate properly. If the liver doesn't have enough salt, the blood pressure rises. 6,000mg-9,000mg of salt a day keeps your liver functioning properly and keeps your blood pressure normal.
