   Also I only pay 550 a month. which is almost as low as what my last office was 10 years ago I paid 400 a month. but it's only 110 SQ ft.

   You can buy land with houses in the boonies in California for less than 130k because people cant get Fire Insurance or Earthquake Insurance now. people are selling and moving to other states because of insurance companies dropping people
   
   I personally don't give a fuck. I'll buy a fucking existing house and then if it burns down I'll just buy a RV and park it and just pay for a permit to build, let it run out after 24 months and then buy another. its a loophole. but I also plan on putting a fire suppression system in my house and cut down all trees if I find a place.
   
   Clear Lake has like 4 homes below 140k but they're trashed out houses that meth heads or former renters trashed. so i'll probably look elsewhere. Maybe in Oregon if California keeps writing bullshit laws.
   
   Nevada isn't a plan anymore because you have to pay for water rights in the desert. sucks so much. you have not wait and be put on a lottery and truck in water until you get picked to build a well.
