Here's the false flag attack in slow motion. Bottom left-hand corner. The projectile is clearly coming in parallel to the ground, not from above or from sea. Proof positive the Nazis are killing their own citizens to generate political leverage against Russia.

the ATACMS strike on Crimea was five missiles (most likely) meant to hit an airbase, 4/5 were intercepted and the last one changed course and dumped the cluster bombs in order to hit ANYTHING so that the strike wouldn't be a total waste.
Russia knows that targeting and fire control are managed by the US (many of these 'advanced' weapons are manned by NATO troops and C4ISR relies on US satellites and drones over the Black Sea), and regardless of their cries to the contrary they are an active participant. Ukraine's pivot to 'terrorist' attacks on civilian targets (specifically mortar/missile strikes on Belgorod, but also attempted infiltrations and the attempted strikes on strategic radar facilities deep in Russia) and NATO's intelligence/logistical support for them is forcing Putin and his government to take more direct action.
Putin was happy to slowly grind the AFU into paste and allow NATO to deplete itself trying to prevent the inevitable, but the mood in Russia has become such that there will HAVE to be a direct response now.
