you have to weigh up the value to you of the win against the inconvenience to you of the loss. for instance if you could defraud $5million, yet only realistically would face two years imprisonment for getting caught. you may decide that two years of your life is worth giving up when it means on release you get to retire in the sun and live like a king forever.
