here in the usa I'm pretty sure you have to get consent from a parent to bang a 16 year old as a grown man but ifn you are under 21 the 16 year old can give consent, I may be wrong but that was always my understanding on the subject,, hell i even got consent from parentals of 19 year olds a few times just to make sure I wasnt going to get shot -
