i like the look and color of the copper...purely aesthetic personal preference. im planning to add more copper to the overall look once i get a piece of copper softened up.

the 'zombie apocalypse' style is unconventional compared to all the historically-accurate or 'pretty' looking blades. and its certainly not the try-hard mall ninja motif...which is gay

copper looks absolutely nothing like rust. again...its personal preference. i had it made that way because its how i wanted it to look at if it looks any way in contrary to someone elses opinion the blade is doing its job without me having to clean off the bodily fluids.

when i was about 7 i used to have a 35mm photo my grandfather took during WW2 in saudi arabia of a dude getting beheaded whos blood looked black. my mother took it away and i havent seen it since.
