I made spaghetti noodles, chicken tenderloins, cream of mushroom soup, and mixed vegetables with a little garlic and butter yesterday. Pretty fire. But to make 4 bowls of food it was 3 + 5 + 1.50 + 1 + 1 = 11.50
that's kinda pricy
Make an enormous batch of beans and rice at the beginning of the week, then cook up some ground beef and eat that. I did that 3 meals a day for a few months back in 2020 and was never hungry.
