    Make an enormous batch of beans and rice at the beginning of the week, then cook up some ground beef and eat that. I did that 3 meals a day for a few months back in 2020 and was never hungry.

    i do that all the time...except i add tomato chunks, white-breast chicken, and some sort of vegetables to it.

    i eat it for lunch...not all three meals a day
