I got an OSVR headset back in 2018 or something and probably used it less than 10 times, it's in a hardcase somewhere and I don't see myself getting it out unless I get into FPV murder drones
You should sell it. New technology is coming out with better resolution.
I like my Zogulus Rift too much to sell, it's mindblowing for me how I can put it on and go to space, or go shoot guns, or fight in an arena, or watch thai girls dancing (I do this too much).
I once watched Ted K, the Kaczynski movie, on a massive screen, while lying in bed. It was amazing.
The technology has so much potential it's not even a joke. But every time I go to use it I'm like "goddam, that was kinda awkward and shitty and really impressive, all at the same time". -

Imagine someone in Tanzania or Tasmania getting up in the morning, sitting down to breakfast, pulling on a headset, and flying a cheap chinese made explosive FPV drone into some poor slav in the mud of east Ukraine, then taking off the headset and going to school or uni or work or whatever.
That's the future. Outsourced drone pilots slaughtering slavs forever. true... when Russia stormed Avdyiffka they made a point of showing STARLINK terminals that were supposedly being used to control drones. I wondered at the time why they even needed internet, considering the drones they use generally transmit controls and video over 2.4-5ghz and use GPS/GLONASS for mapping. internet connectivity would be a liability because it's just more attack surface area.
