   I have played every final fantasy but after about an hour I get completely bored and never finish it because I find the game tedious. I've tried many times to "get into" the series from playing the SNES games, PS1, Ps2
   
   I have just played way too many JRPGs I didn't grow up playing final fantasy and move onto other games, I grew up playing crackhead hardcore JRPGS so playing any final fantasy just feel like baby mode cutscene bullshit that I don't care about and the fucking universe changes completely every game and jumps 100/1000 years and yes I have grown to appreciate the "FFUniverse" over the years OH THERES A CHOCOBO AND ONE OF THOSE WILD LOOKING DUDES AND ITS THE FUTURE AND THEY HAVE GUNS BUT THEY ALSO HAVE MANA CRYSTALS WOW
   
   
   
   I enjoy the atmosphere, menus, art, etc more than the actual game of final fantasy. I find it to be a slog fest kinda like legend of Zelda, I will never beat every legend of zelda game because I just don't care
   
   Dragon Quest is better also
